For items on backorder, rest assured they will be dispatched promptly upon replenishment of our stock.

Depending on the weight or value of your order, delivery will be conducted either through Royal Mail or a courier service for higher-weight or valuable items.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Returns are made by mail, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will process your refund promptly.

Restocking Fee:

In the event of a change of mind, Click4Deal.co.uk charges a 15% restocking fee on returned items.

Faulty Items:
